I hold myself at a high regard; however, that has not always been the case. There was a point in my life when I valued others opinion of me over my mine.
It took more than 25 age to apprehend that self- concoct is how you estimate, or regard, yourself. According to my employees responses to my inquiry as it relates to how they perceive me. The absolute majority of the team responded to my questions with answers they felt I insufficiencyed to hear.
I influence with a stern, but fair hand; I allow a no non sense way of handling business. I believe in working hard and I do hard. My team feels I am upstanding and mean. I communicable a team of employees who felt because I was new to the part I was not knowledgeable of how to manage…they quickly learn that was not the case.

Am I someone deserve of love?
Do I deserve happiness?
Do I feel deep down that Im an OK psyche?
