I believe that our world makes a valiant tone-beginning to value humanity, but in most circumstances tribe never actually value it as much as they depreciate it. To me, humanity can be defined as a living being who possesses the traits of love, empathy, compassion, and even failure or pain. In my eyes, one has to suffer greatly and prosper greatly to be truly active and to be truly alive is essential to humanity.
Mission trips are a sober exercise of people doing their best to value humanity. Some succeed on mission trips but many do not succeed. The bind titled, Misguided Missions said that people go on missions so that after the trip is over they are wagesling good close to themselves and rarely care more for the people they are helping. Martin Luther used the term homo incurvatus in se to hunt the majority of the people who go on mission trips. This invent means the person curved in on himself or herself.
In the Elephant Man John Merrick was not respected in a humanly manner. One example from the movie that unfeignedly sticks out to me is when John Merrick moves rooms in the hospital. After perceive about the transfer, the night watchman goes to the local bar and tells everyone about Mr.
Merrick and his conditions and ailments. He proceeds to allow anyone into his room if they want to check him. The night watchman goes charges each person a fee to get a look at Mr. Merrick. The first snip he allows someone to view Mr. Merrick the woman screamed and ran out of the room. This calamity must have been horrible for Mr. Merrick because his FME was violated and he could do nothing about it. Also, the woman and the night watchman receive pleasure and a rush at the expense of Mr. Merrick. This is not a good example of valuing humanity.
