PREFACE
This report includes the investigation of issues and concerns in a selected organization obtained during the past 10-week period. This consists of problems face up by the company along with solutions in overcoming those challenges.
In the basic chapter describes in detail about the ZILLIONe (pvt) Ltd, its main functions, organizational structure, strengths and weaknesses, defend performance and how it has benefited Sri Lankan Society etc. Second chapter comprises of the problem confront by the company, incorporated theoretical aspects in to each segment for better presentation and understandability.
Final Chapter deals with the conclusion about the fostering Experience as a whole and employee motivational techniques & financial controls.
