Ethics Game Reflection

belatedly two ethical games were played for the purpose of helping the upstart employee recognize certain criterias in making ethical decision in the workplace. Examples of these criterias are identifying the have it offs, the cadences that were winning when addressing those issues, what perspectives did the person use when making the decision, how did the steps influence the utmost decision, and finally can the concepts from a hypothetical simulation observe applied to everyday work life in reality.
The archetypal simulation was called the Mysterious Roses, and from the exercise along with skimming the text, the discretion is that an employee has a dilemma, on whether or not to express her concerns somewhat another employee making her feel uncomfortable with her work environment. The issue that applies to this situation is that Gayle the timid employee has requested a confidentiality meeting with her boss. As the problem was being explained I can see how the totality issue that needed to get addressed; could have been misunderstood, for the volume of our society misinterprets the main issue in their own workplace.



The misapprehend could have come from the thinking of how to avoid a causal agency for the confederation, because money is always a factor in large-minded business, or maybe even how to implement a stoppage method, and making sure that everyone in the political party is aware of the company policy on harassment to make sure that something of this reputation does not occur again.
The next guideline to follow in the ethical decision making process toward addressing any issues, is what steps were taken; to know what would road to follow in the conceit process to reaching the final destination, which is the ultimate decision.
