Steve Kafka, an American of Czech extraction and a franchisor for Chicago style pizza has decided to detonate his rail line into the Czech Republic. Culture is the first problem Steve forget face as he works at expanding his affair internationally. Although he has family and friends in the Czech Republic the expansion of his business overseas could still become a very knockout task. Steve must know more than just the few relatives and friends. in that location are many cultural challenges of doing business overseas.
