Training and mentoring employees is something an government needs to learn how to do efficiently to ensure a quick return on investment as well up as creating productive efficient employees. This report will arrive at the training and mentoring needs, define the objectives of the program, set the performance standards, define the bringing methods, define the content, set the time frame, define the evaluation methods, quit for feedback, and discover alternate avenues for the individuals who need additional development.
